Henry E. Grethel (born November 20 1931) is an American fashion designer merchandiser and marketer. He was born in Syracuse New York and is known for his elegant American sportswear collections which make use of sophisticated colors and fine fabrics. Since 1978 when his first collection debuted Grethel has focused on the design and manufacture of handsome well-styled tailored apparel for both men and women.
