Henry Alexander Douglas (1821–1875) was the third Bishop of Bombay from 1869 to 1876. Born into a noble family he was educated at Balliol College Oxford and married in 1849. He was Vicar of Abbotsley then Dean of Cape Town before his elevation to the Episcopate he was a moderate high churchman.
