Heliophanus tribulosus is a species of ‘jumping spiders’ belonging to the family Salticidae. This species is present in most of Europe up to Kazakhstan.The adults of these jumping spiders reach approximately 6–7 millimetres (0.24–0.28 in) of length and they can mainly be encountered on low vegetation and on sunny rocks or walls of houses where they actively pursue their preys.This species shows characteristic reddish-brown cheeks.
