Helga Heinrich-Steudel (née Steudel born 4 May 1939 in Görschnitz) is one of the best known former motorcyclist and car racer of the DDR.Helga Steudel is the only female motorcyclist to have won under her maidenname Steudel at the Sachsenring. She ended her career in 1967 but made a comeback at the 2nd of August 1970 with her Melkus RS 1000 at the Lückendorfer Bergrennen.
