HCPT – The Pilgrimage Trust is a United Kingdom based charity which takes children with special needs on pilgrimage to the shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in Lourdes France. It was formerly known as Handicapped Children’s Pilgrimage Trust And Hosanna House Trust.
