Harry Joseph Hebner (June 15 1891 – October 12 1968) was an American competition swimmer and water polo player who represented the United States at the 1908 Summer Olympics 1912 Summer Olympics and 1920 Summer Olympics.In 1912 he was the Olympic champion in 100 metre backstroke.As part of the American relay team he won a bronze medal in 1908. In 1912 he won the silver medal with the American relay team.He also participated in the 100 metre freestyle competition.
