Harry Haft (also known as Herschel Haft; born Hertzko or Hertzka Haft on 28 July 1925 in Bełchatów Poland; died 3 November 2007) survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp and a professional boxer in the United States during 1948–1949.His father died when he was three years old. In 1939 when he was 14 years old Haft witnessed the German occupation of Poland.
