Harry Herbert Peterson was an American lawyer judge and politician. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1912 and entered private practice as an attorney at law in Ramsey County Minnesota. He was elected Ramsey County Attorney to serve 1923–1924 and subsequently served as the Minnesota Attorney General during the Farmer-Labor administration of Floyd B. Olson 1933–1936.
