The Hakka Affairs Council (HAC; Chinese: 客家委員會; pinyin: Kèjiā Wěiyuánhuì) established in 2001 is a cabinet-level unit under the Executive Yuan of the government of the Republic of China. The Hakka Affairs Council was formerly known as Council for Hakka Affairs until 31 December 2011.
