Haitham Hazem Mohamed Hassan (Arabic: هيثم حازم محمد حسن; born November 8 1978 in Alexandria) is a retired Egyptian swimmer who specialized in backstroke butterfly and individual medley events. He collected a total of six medals (one gold one silver and four bronze) from the All-Africa Games and later represented Egypt at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
