Haagen Skattum (1824 – 1900) was a Norwegian businessperson and politician for the Conservative Party.He established the trading company H. Skattum in Gjøvik in 1858. He was a wholesaler and retailer of goods like salt sugar coffee and liquor. The company made the Skattum family the richest in Gjøvik together with Hans Bernhard Falk and the Falk family. Haagen Skattum also served as mayor of Gjøvik from 1879 through 1884.He married Ida Camilla Mæhlum in July 1860.
