Gui Valente (Guilherme Valente) (born Rio de Janeiro Brazil) is a Brazilian Gracie Jiu-Jitsu professor. Born into the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu tradition he began learning Jiu-Jitsu from his father as soon as he learned how to walk. At age two Gui was already taking private lessons from Grandmaster Hélio Gracie. Growing up he trained daily at the original Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro under Hélio Royler and Rolker Gracie.
