Guelph General Hospital is a medical care facility in Guelph Ontario Canada. It is a 165-bed facility employing 224 doctors among a total staff of about 1200. Prior to cutbacks in the 2008/2009 fiscal year the hospital operated 181 beds.The facility opened as a 12-bed unit on 16 August 1875.
