Grover M. Moscowitz (born August 31 1886 Hot Springs AR d. March 31 1947 New York NY) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Judge Moscowitz received an LL.B. from New York University School of Law in 1906. He was nominated to the court by Calvin Coolidge on December 16 1925 to a seat vacated by Edward L. Garvin confirmed by the United States Senate on December 21 1925 and received his commission on December 21 1925.
