Grounded for Life: Season One aired on FOX between 10 January 2001 and 23 May 2001 consisting of 15 episodes. Twenty episodes were originally produced for the first season but Fox decided to hold the other five and include them along with the second season. On 7 February 2006 Anchor Bay Entertainment released the complete first season on DVD consisting of its original 20 episodes uncut on a four-disc set.
