Great Lakes Brewery is a brewery based in Toronto Ontario Canada.Founded in 1987 it is the oldest craft brewery in Toronto. The brewery was purchased by the Peter Bulut Sr in 1990. Bulut was an immigrant to Canada from Italy and previous to that Yugoslavia. The brewery was successful enough by Autumn of 1990 that it moved 30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd where the brewery remains to this day.
