Stephenson Memorial founder of the Grand Army of the Republic.It is located at Pennsylvania Avenue and 7th Street Northwest Washington D.C.It was dedicated on July 3 1909.The statue is a contributing monument to the Civil War Monuments in Washington DC of the National Register of Historic Places.
