Gramercy Tavern is a New American restaurant located at 42 East 20th Street (between Broadway and Park Avenue South) in the Flatiron District in Manhattan in New York City.It is owned by Danny Meyer along with Chef/Partner Michael Anthony and Managing Partner Kevin Mahan. The pastry chef is Miroslav Uskoković. The Beverage Director is Juliette Pope. The restaurant opened in July 1994.
