Gosh-e Fil (Persian: گُوش فيل) is an Afghan and Iranian dessert dish made by shaping dough into a gosh (ear) shape and deep-fried in oil. Each gosh is then topped with chopped pistachios and powdered sugar. Afghans also make gosh-e fil for Eid (religious celebration).
