Gordon Maxwell Kerr (October 4 1917 – March 31 2009) was a Canadian backstroke swimmer who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.In 1936 he was eliminated in the semi-finals of the 100 metre backstroke event.At the 1938 Empire Games he won the silver medal in the 100 yards backstroke competition. He was also a member of the Canadian team which won the silver medal in the 3×110 yards medley contest.
