Gong Runbo (Chinese: 宫润伯 1972 – 31 December 2006) was a Chinese serial killer who between March 2005 and February 2006 murdered six children between the ages of 9 and 16. Forensic evidence led police to believe he may have killed over twenty.Gong was imprisoned in October 1996 for the rape of a 15-year-old girl. He was released in 2004 after serving an eight-year sentence. He sexually assaulted and murdered six children in the city of Jiamusi in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province.
