Glory Umunna (born Glory Chuku) is a former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria. She competed in Miss World 2009 in Johannesburg South Africa.Umunna is a graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka with a degree in Microbiology. Despite her Igbo heritage Ohafia-native Umunna represented predominantly Islamic state Nassarawa in a ceremony held for the first time in Owerri. At twenty-four Umunna who speaks French and her native Igbo as well as English is one of the contest’s oldest winners.
