Gliese 667 Cd is an unconfirmed exoplanet orbiting the star Gliese 667 C which is a member of the Gliese 667 triple star system. It is slightly more massive than Gliese 667 Cc. It is likely an ice planet located outside the system’s habitable zone and it has been suggested that Gliese 667 Cd could have a ocean under the ice.The existence of Gliese 667Cd was theorized in 2012 and was supported by a follow-up study in 2013.
