Major (later Colonel) Glenn Talbot is a fictional character and a villain in the Marvel Comics universe. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko he first appeared in Tales To Astonish #61 (November 1964).He was a close compatriot to General Thaddeus Ross and an active participant in his operations to capture or kill the Hulk.
