Giovanni Leone (Italian pronunciation: [ʤoˈvanni leˈoːne]; 3 November 1908 – 9 November 2001) was an Italian politician. He was the 38th Prime Minister of Italy from 21 June 1963 to 4 December 1963 and again from 24 June 1968 to 12 December 1968. He also served as the sixth President of the Republic from 1971 to 1978.
