Giovanni Benedetti (born 12 March 1917) is an Italian Prelate of Roman Catholic Church. At 97 he is one of oldest Roman Catholic bishops and Italian bishops.Giovanni Benedetti was born in Spello Italy ordained a priest on 26 May 1940 of the Archdiocese of Venice. Loris was Auxiliary bishop to the Diocese of Perugia on 12 December 1974 and ordained on 23 January 1975 of the Titular see of Limata.
