Gianotti–Crosti syndrome (also known as Infantile papular acrodermatitis Papular acrodermatitis of childhood and Papulovesicular acrolocated syndrome) is a reaction of the skin to a viral infection. Hepatitis B and Epstein-Barr virus are the most frequently reported etiologies.
