Gianpiero Villante (born August 18 1985) is an American mixed martial artist currently fighting in the light heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Fighting out of Long Island New York he trains at Bellmore Kickboxing Academy under trainer Keith Trimble as well as Long Island MMA. Prior to his fighting career he projected as a linebacker prospect in the NFL. He is also a corner man for current UFC Middleweight Champion Chris Weidman.
