Giaan Leigh Rooney OAM (born 15 November 1982) is a retired Australian swimmer. As part of the Women’s 4 x 100-metre Medley Relay team[citation needed] she won an Olympic gold medal and broke a world record at the Athens Olympics.Rooney is currently an Australian television presenter.
