Ghorbanali Saadat Qarabagh (Persian: قربانعلی سعادت قرهباغ born in Qarah Bagh West Azerbaijan) is an Iranian reformist politician and the governor of West Azerbaijan since 2013 in the Government of Hassan Rouhani. He has 15 years experience in Governor generals of West Azerbaijan Qum Province and Lorestan Province from 1990 to 2005.
