Ghanaians are predominantly headquartered in the republic of Ghana and they are the predominant cultural group and residents of Ghana. Ghanaians are predominant and proficient speakers of the English language and they are also bilingual in kwa languages. Ethnic Ghanaians make up 90% of the total population.
