Gerald Leighton Patterson MC (17 December 1895 – 13 June 1967) was an Australian male tennis player. He was born in Melbourne educated at Scotch College Melbourneand died in Melbourne in 13 June 1967. He was the co-World No. 1 player for 1919 along with Bill Johnston.
