Gerald McLaughlin (May 11 1893 – December 6 1977) was a United States federal judge.Born in Newark New Jersey McLaughlin received an A.B. from Fordham College in 1914 and an LL.B. from Fordham University School of Law in 1917. He served in the United States Army during World War I and thereafter was in private practice in Newark New Jersey from 1919-1943.He was nominated by President Franklin D.
