George Russell Stobbs (February 7 1877 – December 23 1966) was a Representative from Massachusetts.He was born in Webster Massachusetts. He graduated from Harvard University in 1899 and from Harvard Law School in 1902. Stobbs was admitted to the bar in 1902 and commenced practice in Worcester Massachusetts. He was a special justice for the central district court of Worcester between 1909 and 1916.
