Sir George Alfred Julius (29 April 1873 – 28 June 1946) was a New Zeland inventor and entrepreneur. He was the founder of Julius Poole & Gibson Pty Ltd and Automatic Totalisators Ltd and invented the world’s first automatic totalisator.
