(George) Nigel Hannington Emslie Lord Emslie (born 17 April 1947) is a retired judge of the Supreme Courts of Scotland. He is the son of former Lord President George Emslie Baron Emslie and older brother of fellow judge Derek Emslie Lord Kingarth.
