The Generous Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually in late November at Hollywood Park Racetrack in Inglewood California. Raced on turf at a distance of one mile (8 furlongs) the Grade III event is open to two-year-olds.Inaugurated as the Hoist The Flag Stakes the race’s name was changed in 1993. There was no race run in 2005. The race was run in two divisions in 2006.
