General John A. Rawlins is a statue by Joseph A. Bailly. Installed in 1874 it was relocated in 1880 and 1886.It is now located at Rawlins Park E Street between 18th and 19th Streets N.W. Washington D.C. The statue is a contributing monument to the Civil War Monuments in Washington DC of the National Register of Historic Places.
