Genebelle Francisco Raagas is a beauty queen from the Philippines. She won the Miss Philippines Earth 2005 title and went on to represent her country at Miss Earth 2005 held in Quezon City Philippines on October 23 2005. She became one of the top sixteen finalists. The pageant was won by Alexandra Braun Waldeck of Venezuela.She was crowned by the previous year’s Miss Philippines Earth titleholder Tamera Marie Lagac Szijarto.
