The Galata Monastery (Romanian: Mănăstirea Galata) is a Romanian Orthodox monastery located in Iaşi Romania. Built between 1582 and 1584 by Moldavian Voivode Petru Şchiopul the monastery is listed in the National Register of Historic Monuments.
