Gagik Harutyunyan (Armenian: Գագիկ Հարությունյան) born on March 23 1948 in Kotayk Province (marz) of Armenia. On November 22 1991 he was elected Prime Minister of Armenia until July 30 1992.Harutyunyan was elected as Vice President of Levon Ter-Petrossian and served from 11 November 1991 until February 1996 when the post was abolished by the new constitution.[citation needed] The National Assemble then elected him as the president of the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
