Fulke Underhill (1578–1598) was the son of William Underhill of Warwickshire owner of New Place in Stratford-Upon-Avon. His father sold New Place to William Shakespeare in 1597 and his brother Hercules Underhill confirmed the sale in 1602. After his death it was alleged that he had poisoned his father and he was hanged at Warwick for the crime in March 1599.
