Fuad Rouhani (1907–2004) (Persian: فؤاد روحانی‎) was an Iranian administrator and translator. He served as the first Secretary-General of OPEC between 21 January 1961 and 30 April 1964. As of 2013 he is the only Iranian to hold this office.
