Fu Ying (born January 1953 in Hohhot Inner Mongolia; ethnic Mongol) is the current serving vice foreign minister of the People’s Republic of China.She was the Chinese ambassador to the United Kingdom from March 2007 to 2009. From 2004 to 2007 she was the ambassador to Australia.
