The Rt Rev. Frederick Richards Wynne DD (19 June 1827 – 2 November 1896) was the 6th Bishop of Killaloe Kilfenora Clonfert and Kilmacduagh.Educated at Trinity College Dublin he was ordained in 1850. After a curacy in Carnteel he held incumbencies at St Mary Kilkenny and St Mathias Dublin. A Canon at both Dublin’s cathedrals (Christ Church) and St Patrick’s) he was also Professor of Pastoral Theology at the University of Dublin.
