Frederick Jacob Reagan Heebe (born August 25 1922) is a United States federal judge.Born in Gretna Louisiana Heebe received a B.A. from Tulane University in 1943 and was a captain in the United States Army towards the end of World War II from 1945 to 1946. He received an LL.B. from Tulane Law School in 1949 and was in private practice in Gretna Louisiana from 1949 to 1958. He was a Parish councilman and vice chairman Parish of Jefferson Louisiana from 1958 to 1960.
