Fred Freddie Rodriguez (born September 3 1973) is an American professional road racing cyclist who rides for Jelly Belly. His nickname Fast Freddie is due to his reputation as a sprint specialist. Rodriguez is both a four-time National Road Race Champion and a four-time Tour de Georgia stage winner.
