Frank Joseph Guarini (born August 20 1924) is an American Democratic Party politician who represented New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives where he represented the now-defunct Fourteenth Congressional District from 1979 to 1993.Guarini graduated from Lincoln High School in 1942. He served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Mount McKinley from 1944 to 1946. Guarini received a B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1947 and a J.D.
