Frank Gay Clarke (September 10 1850 – January 9 1901) was a U.S. Representative from New Hampshire.Born in Wilton New Hampshire Clarke attended Kimball Union Academy in Meriden and Dartmouth College in Hanover. He studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1876 commencing practice in Peterboro.He served as member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 1885. He was appointed colonel on the military staff of Governor Hale and served in that capacity from 1885 to 1887.
