Franjo Šeper (2 October 1905 Osijek – 30 December 1981 Rome) was a Croatian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith from 1968 to 1981 and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1965.
